Studio Updates!
February 5, 2026: Update
Hello all! It has been quite a while since the last update so thank you for your patience.
Currently there is still not a physical place for the studio. However there is still hope! The glassblower from Sweaty Glass (one of our previous studio mates) has found a good permanent home for his studio. He has asked about me periodically hosting pottery classes in his studio with the potential of sharing that space with him.
I would love nothing more than to dive right into that and have a full time studio again. To be completely transparent, I don't currently have the time or money to run a fully open studio since I have a full time job now. I still desire to make stuff and share what I know with you all.
So currently, the goals are to create some kind of online classes to share through this website, make pottery for you all to have in your homes as inspiration, do those periodic guest artist workshops with Sweaty Glass, and show up to some events in town!
The event that is currently in the works of being planned is sometime in June or July, all those details will be shared with everyone here and though emails.
If you all are looking for studio space to make art, please stop by the Bob Kirby Library and see if their space fits your needs!
Thanks so much, Jensine
September 25, 2025: Update Part 1
Hey! This is the space to keep everyone updated on the current status of the studio and our creative services. Welcome new and old! Thank you for being here <3
We currently do not have a physical studio! We are still looking though and very excited to get back to bringing art to the community. The real estate market isn't the easiest to navigate, especially when on a tight budget, so we really appreciate everyone's patience through this transitory phase.
In the meantime of finding a physical place, I will not be doing any private events or taking any custom orders. (This will start after the space is set up). I will be doing a couple of local markets. With handmade pottery and paintable pottery! Dates, places, and times will be posted at the end of this update.
My goal for the studio, is to find a house with a garage to host small classes, provide kiln services, and make pottery with all you! Once that gets settled and everything gets moved in and set up, I will give another update with all the details.
P.s. The studios name is changing! We're going from "BG Art Class" to "Wobbly Cauldron Pottery Studio"
From the fullness of my heart, Thank You! -Jensine
